Congratulations. You have completed the setup of your league and can begin using it immediately. If you like, you can enter the advanced settings and change everything including points, handicaps calculations, ghosts/absences, etc. We're confident that we've built rules for the vast majority of leagues, but if we've missed something you'd like to see, please send us feedback at feedback@leaguegolfer.com.
If the user already exists in your league and you simply need to update his email address, click here. If the user already exists and you add him again, you will create duplicate users. If you haven't added this user yet, we encourage you to add members using their email address so they can login to this website and manage their league/golf career (and not bother you). Click here to add members with email addresses or click here to add members without email addresses.
If the member you are trying to delete has never played yet in your league, click here. In order to retain the historical integrity of your league, you cannot delete a member who has played in your league. However, you can remove a member from your league.
First make sure you've added him to your league. If he has been added to your league but doesn't have an email address assigned to him yet, click here to assign him an email address. If he isn't added to your league yet, click here to add him using his email address. Then, click here to reset his password.
You can only update email addresses of members who haven't accepted their invitation to join the league. Once a member accepts his invitation, his "profile" becomes his to own. Therefore, it's his responsibility to update his email address, phone number, first name, last name, etc. so you don't have to. To update email addresses of members who haven't accepted their invitation, click here.
Our system uses the most accurate means of transferring a league handicap from an existing system. You won't simply type in a handicap number like our competitors. A handicap of 10 that represents two rounds of past league play is significantly different than a handicap of 10 that represents nine rounds of past league play. The handicap of 10 for two rounds has less "inertia" and can move more dramatically. First, confirm your handicap settings here and here. After confirmation, click here to enter the historical rounds from your existing system used to calculate future handicaps in this website. You can only enter historical rounds for members before their first round of league play.
We use a system called Adjusted Gross Score (AGS) or Equitable Stroke Control (ESC) to limit the effect of a bad or disaster hole toward a player's handicap. Click here to set AGS and limit the number of strokes that count toward the handicap for each hole. For example, if you want a limit of 18 strokes per nine holes, set the AGS of each hole as two strokes over par for each hole.
There are millions of Internet Service Providers (ISP's) and businesses that service trillions of email accounts. Unfortunately, each one of them has its own unique blacklist or "blocked" list. We've done all we can to be "approved" by the major free ISP's such as Google's Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL. We also are not on Spamhaus's PBL or blocked list. We cannot contact each ISP or business to argue our case. If you are not receiving our emails, please contact your ISP or business, tell them that we are legitimate, and ask that we be added to their whitelist or approved list. Regardless, we recommend you create a free account using one of the ISPs above which use the most advanced SPAM filtering technologies in the world. Your small ISP or business cannot compare to their level of sophistication.
